We would like to inform you that, according to the Special Contribution for Defence Law, a person who pays rent, must pay until 30 June and 31 December each year, the special defence contribution withheld (code 614) during the first and second half of the year, instead of the previous monthly payments.

The same applies to the withholding of GHS contribution on rents of a Legal Entity (code 714).

Payments can be made through the Tax Portal by credit card or online banking.
