Mr. Hadjimichael is the Chairman of the committee and his main function is to supervise and assist the management team in its strategic direction and decision making. Mr. Hadjimichael obtained his degree from Middlesex Polytechnic and went on to qualified as an accountant in the UK . He was subsequently employed by Sparo & co until he returned back to Cyprus in 1985 where he worked for Coopers & Lybrand (currently PWC) until 1987 when he established his own Audit firm G. Hadjimichael & Co (Currently G.A.H Audit Services Limited). He specializes in local and international tax planning.
